try change the water first with aged water 50-80%
than raise the temp to 32C
add salt 0.3% (300 gr for 100 litres water).
buy some medicine like pomate / anti bacteria remedy and put in the tank,
observe in 3 days.
[QUOTE=rahimi]Hi guys,
This is Parasite on internal..
Large water change mean 50% of conditioned water change. Make sure all the parameters of the new water is adjusted identical to the tank water, esp temperature and pH. It is then followed by 30% water change every 2-3 days until the fish condition improved or the water quality improved.
Overfeeding is often a problem. When they are over feed contineous for weeks or months, they start to loose appetite and refuse eating, the appetite will come back, just cut down the feeding.
Hi Rahimi,
Firstly, I am sorry Hendri. I don't really agree about your recommendation using antibiotic for that problem because it was not bacterial problem. You only use antibiotic when your fish has bacteria problem. If you give the fish antibiotic when they are not attacked by bacteria, you may build immunity to bacteria in your system. This means they will be immune to any antibacteria you are given to your system. Next time you treat your fish with antibiotic, the bacteria will not be affected.
Speaking about your problem rahimi, try getting a medicine called flubinol or potassium permanganate. I recommend the use of potassium permanganate first and check the dose in the bottle. Try to get hold of acriflavine if the potassium permanganate doesn't work. Let me know if you need the dose.
Hope that helps bro.

i really dunno whether adding this 'medicine' will work or not or endanger the aro. In my opinion, since it is just a tiny worm, suggest try to put a fish, like tiger barb, angel fish, or something, see whether they eat that worm. if yes, try to put more, say at abt 5-7pcs. of course, must be a bit big enough, if not the aro will treat it as feeder. anyway, no harm in trying as it did not pose any danger to aro.
