New Reputation Rules updated 8 july 2006
i change the rules so members not too easily have rep power. thanks for the attention.

For every 365 number of days, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
For every 5000 number of posts, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
For every 100 points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
How many posts must a user have before his reputation hits count on others? 10 posts
How much reputation must a user have before his reputation hits count on others? 10 rep point
How many reputation clicks can a user give over each 24 hour period? 2 clicks
How many different users must you give reputation to before you can hit the same person again? Administrators are exempt from this limit. 50 usersadmin

I think rule no. 4 got abit of problem, maybe will have some bros create afew nicks come in a post 10posts and start zapping people, i think in order to gain 1rep power should be at least 50posts for new members. What u guys think?
