bro, usually if u do a WC u will bring down the Nitrate or u can try put plant into the tank/sump tank to absorb the nitrate.

Bro, 50mg is very good already. Tap water itself already got about 10mg. Water change will reduce the Nitrate level or install a denitrator to constantly reduce and maintain a very low or zero level.

i agree can try put some plants in the tank to reduce nitrate, but not too much plant as u dont have any co2 to grow the plant will be bad for the fish in the tank. Or u can try do weekly water change to reduce the nitrate level

I had just put a few nana in my tank a few days ago. No result yet.

I read in the web that nana are slow growing plants that don't required much nutrients and light. They grow very slowly with a leaf a month and the leaf will stay for a very long time. It is a low maintenance plant but required low nutrient so I think not much effect on the nitrate level. Due to the long life of the leaves, it is easily covered by algae and need to clean them occassionally.

Fast growing plant also got problem. You must make sure that you have enough nutrient for them. If not, they will die. The plant not only consume nitrate but other minerals as well.
