You can used ceramic rings, bio rings, coral chips & filter wool as a media on OHF:teeth_smile:

i will put opp to wat u r doing...bioball(which i feel is useless) try japanese mat..2 layer..ceramic ring..and last cotton wool...

if your over head got many layer take for example 3 layer better so the filter media can put more, actually now people got for glass ring - glass cerimic ring, can also put bio-ball and coral chip , can try jap mat too.

that what people told me. but for me, oklah. nevertheless, i seldom do WC. once or sometimes twice a month. of course, when do WC, i put stress coat and dunno what enzyme, that eliminates nitrate and ammonia. so far, so good.:teeth_smile:
