So dissolve the tablet separately or just dump inside the tank for treatment?
Then for how long to do water change after using this tablet? 2days or 3days or more? THnaks.

Should not give up just like that.

Can be cured.

Use Japanese Yellow powder, salt, change water (make sure water is clean and filter is clean), use a heater keep temp at 29-30.
