a pic will be better.....most common problem comes with the water conditioning, have u check the water parameter, maybe u can trying changing some water and add some salt in it...

it's dropsy, better change abit of water now, throw in some salt and on the heater if the fish is not breathing hard.

add 0.3% salt (300 gr for 100 litres water)

add antibiotic like tetracycln.

if the aro is breathing hard cannot put heater, and tetracycling not easy to find...
