U can check on water parameter n firstly when u introduced ur 1st love
y need to do a 20% wc..:what: water, filtration all must be in tip top condition b4 u release to ur tank.. n wait for e aro to stable liao then wc.. my guess will be ph shock or maybe ur tank not fully cycle yet..?? i dunno.. anyway my deepest condolences.. dun give out...
