I don think anyone can guarantee that bro, what we can do is to cut down the risk of aro for being sick, and this can be done by

a. Having a good filteration system
b. Also have good water parameter
c. Always do water change once a week.
d. Cleared unwanted food in the tank

Take care of the water quality........other wise you will facing aro sick. It doesn't mean a clear water is a goo quality water........sometimes unclear water having the quality of good water.:teeth_smile:
