sure it will bro. they can grow up to 5kilo, got somebody told me. the last time i caught, the biggest 2.5kg. length, same length as my arm, more than 26 inch.

I had 2. red ones. found a local store as red gobys, about 1.5" big. eventually one ate the other. really mean fish. ambush predator. hide on one side of tank, waiting for prey. drop feeder in, come flying through water, slaming prey and side of tank. sounded like was to break tank. fish about 1ft long. gave to uncle, put in pond. ate all his koi. some koi bigger, heads missing only. just like shark! uncle got mad at me. i had to get him new koi, build pond for snakehead. fed tilapias grew to about 2.5 ft. maybe 12 lbs. when small can go in tank, not to mean but when get bigger , whoa, get really mean, cannot put anything else in tank. will eat all!!!!! don't even consider to put w/ any of your aros!!!!$$$$
