My Xback 8" died

Last week my 8" Xback sparky head gold is dead

it died when I was in my mothers house back in my home town, i was quit upset

Cause of death
1) sick for a week due to white slime on tail
2) upset stomach, was eating well though was giving him a good diet of bird worms and some SW the day before i go back to home town.
