My RTG died this morning

I feel so stupid. Cause my mistake my rtg died ;( ;( .

I just bought new hose for my aerator it made from rubber. I don't know that i must wash it for some day's before place it in my aquarium.

I put in my aquarium and at the morning my arowana breathe so fast (just like astma people). and i take the hose and change the water about 30%. Ant the next day i change 30% to. But it doesn't make my arowana better because it's already poisoned by some chemical material at the hose. My arowana's just swimming around heater and aerator. It can hold only for 3 days and died.

I know it contains some chemical cause i smell that and :surprise: the smell is so strong.

From this lesson : I know one thing. That you must check and wash any things that you want to put on your aquarium. :031: :031:

Feel the same Brother, it look me 4months to come back this forum cos my sr died 4months ago too!very very sad no mood to work and talk as i blame myself for the cos of my beloved sr.(change to much water in the tank that cos it ti die).

Don't feel so bad. I lost 2 x-back blue base in Jan when I shifted home. Lesson learned don't take water chemistry for granted.
