my fish vomit out 4 peeble stones

yesterday i fed one of my fish with a centipede and earth worms, i fed him with almost 1 oz of earth worm, at night when i do my last checking before i turn off the light i saw vomit from the fish ..like a tennis ball laying at the bottom of the tank. when i try to pick up the vomit, it shattered and there are 4 peeble stones in it, my fish must have eaten the stone from my previous aq set up with undergravel.but i already taken out all the stones and sands for almost half a year, the stone must be inside the fish stomach for longer period.
today the fish lost his appetite even for his favorite food cricket...:sad_smile: :sad_smile: :sad_smile:

that's is why i never put gravel in my tank. even now, in my 5ft tank i have big dw and those big pebbles.
