If your aro does not have any physical diseases and does not react abnormally, always check your water parameters. Did you change its diet recently? Any changes to the environment?

My red stops eating when I introduce new tankmates, changing tanning duration and disturb the BB in my sump.

Since you are changing diet for your aro, no need to worry if it doesn't eat. Just give a fix routine diet to your aro. Maybe everyday, stuff pellets into the MP to feed the aro and when it is 70% full, feed SW as a snack. Just keep to this routine and don't change anyhow, your aro will get use to the routine and will eat.
