check you water parameters. pH might be too low or something... Just make sure you have no problems with the water. If there is no water problem, chances are, your aro will be ok.

Water is always the main culprit.

Check water parameters like temperature, ph, ammonia, nitrites and nitrates.

I think your water parameters are out.
Bare in mind that pH should be adjusted gradually.

Nice chili red. What is your water temperature? Is it winter at your country?
Just make sure that the water parameters are stable and your aro should eat. You may want to try adding some tankmates to stimulate her to fight for food.

From the above figures, it seems alright to me. Since it is winter over your country, do you heat up the water which you are going to add into your tank? If not, there will be a sudden drop in temperature during WC since you had mentioned that you change about 30-40% of water.
You may want to try regular small WC so that you will not change the water parameters too much. For example, 10% every 2 days to see whether there is any improvement.

Try change 20% of the water once or twice a week without disturbing the fish, put heater to 30 degrees, add some salt
