Got problem when I click on new reputation

Whenever I recievied a new reputation from bro here, I got error when I click on the new reputation under the area where it inform you of new posts and new reputation.

I got the following error:
Not Found
The requested URL /usercp.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I will need to click on User CP in order to view who had given me a new reputation.
