On 2/10/06
After I came back home from university, I had saw that two scales of my fish were strengh. Both of scale were cover by little white dot.

Firstly, I check water condition ( ph , nitrite , nitrate , temperature ). And I had found that, the temperature was so low.
The cause maby come from raining in the afternoon and the plug of heater was not tight. So, the heater was not working. :031:

I start to cure him by control the temperature at 31.0 and putting salt into the tank with 0.3% for 3 days. But the fungus disease was not stop and also expand to another scale.
So, I call to ask the Doctor for medicine and he told me to use " Formadine " with 0.3% for 1 week.
This is the pic of scale after curing. It's so bad , the fungus was bite my fish scale.;(

Pull out the damage scales and wait for the scale to grow back again.

try using some fungul medication.
consult your local fish/pet shop and try and get them to recomend some medication.

the scale will be normal back soon
if your aro always feed, i believe the scale will be back normal asap
check always the temperature

no problem it will recover very soon...
u must use more salt... until the water a bit salty.. it works.. and heater 33C.
i encountered this before.. spread very fast..

33C is abit high is it not :what: :what: ? My heater can only go up to 32 max :016:
