Tomato & Shrimp-chilled cherry tomato with bacon mayo filling, shrimp cocktail in pastry basket, air flown salad with mango salsa dressing

Soup
Consomme-chicken consomme with shredded chicken and julienne vegs

Sorbet
Quenching Mint Pineapple Youghurt

Entree
Beef-grilled rib eye with herb and rosemary sauce served with cheesy potato chapatti
OR
Fish-baked norwegian salmon with dill cream accompanied with oriental rice

Dessert
Mousse-mango mousse with a tinge of strawberry served with sable and honeycomb
