Broken Scales and broken Pectoral Fin

Hi All

2 question:

1)If my Aro got broken scale means left half scale, will it be re-grow again? Heard that it need to be pull out the whole scale so that it will re-grow. If I do not want it to pull out, will it be re-grow?

2)Can pectoral fin re-grow if the front tip broken off? I think there is bone on the pectoral fin whether it will re-grow?

1) the scale will drop off by itself when the new scales is coming out.

2) this one not sure. but if it hurt till the bone then maybe it won't grow back lor.
if didn't hurt the bone then it takes time to recover..
