Mind stating your heater's brand and model? Use a thermometer in the tank to double check to the tempreature in the tank to ensure that it will not overkill you fish.

I would ideal tempreature for Aro keeping should be between 28 to 30 degree C unless the Aro is sick where tempreature is set to 32C.
