hi i got a jager heater but i set the temp to 27 degree but me thermometer show 30.9 issit normal if not i heard tat jager heater can re-caliberate but how to do it tks

bro, very difficult to recaliberate one. the heater is good but once you miss it, you have to do the caliberation yourself. I suggest your test the heater separately so as to avoid over heating.

I was informed that the button on top of the heater cannot be depressed. Once you depressed it, it mean you want to do caliberation. This button cannot be lifted (if I remember correctly) once depressed and you have to do click here and there to achieve what you want. This hearer is meant for cold country and therefore the mode is a little complicated. Please correct me if I am wrong.

but why ley cox tank A set at 27 thermometer show 28 and tank B set at 27 but thermometer show 30.9 btw mine is digital thermometer is it my heater or thermometer got problem but tank in same room with same model eheim power head in each tank.....?

If I am not wrong you can calibrate the heater by pulling up the blue color button on top of the heater and adjust it to the correct temp. Make sure u measure the water with a accurate thermometer.
