It is a MUST. At Min. 24 hours.
Not really important. With the advancement of water conditioners, it is not really neccessary. If want to, better still.

ya i agree that with the advance water conditioner, ageing water is a past thing... but if the different between the tank water and the tap water a lot of difference than age better
