For me i alway us tag water, i was told that rain water is good for some fishes.
Correct me if i wrong. :)

i use tap water :D

If you are staying near any industrial area especially pharmaceutical type, refrain from using rain water. Most of them having incinerators to dispose their by-products.

If there is acid rain, your aro will suffer. Tap water is safer.

In Singapore, most of us stay in HDB, very troublesome to collect rain water for storage. Use tap water were be easier.

Usually aro lover keep them in aq or pond (indoor) so very easy to use the tap water. But for the pro breeder will use river water plus rain water :thinking2:

ya rain water is sometime acidic, which is what we call acidic rain can errode stone status over time
